Andy completed the Boat Safety Examination of our Widebeam Boat ‘Neptune’ back in January 2023. Andy was fantastic throughout – friendly, experienced, informative and did a thorough job examining the boat and conveying what got the green light and what needed a bit more work to pass. Very much appreciated Andy treating this as much more than a simple box ticking exercise as he made sure to explain why our initial failures were marked down as unsafe. This led us to rectifying some fuel hoses installed by a third party in the engine bay that were found to be non-fire resistant. We are extremely grateful this was spotted and are happy to have peace of mind our home is up to scratch following Andy’s re-examination a short while after. Will be using Andy again for next check up, would definitely recommend!

Andy recently did the BSS on our Dutch barge and was brilliant.
